ZJ-C series full hydraulic top impact drilling rig is mainly used for tunnel pipe shed support holes and pilot survey holes, urban deep foundation pit anchor holes, grouting reinforcement holes, large tonnage prestressed anchor holes in hydropower stations, railway and highway slopes, or drainage hole construction, and ground source heat pump hole construction; and take into account the construction of small pile holes, hydrological water well holes, and blasting holes.
Main Features
* When drilling into rock, pebbles and soil mixed with rock formations, no air compressor is needed, and there is no dust pollution.
* The unique casing drilling process can be used for drilling and sampling in complex formations.
* The drilling construction range is large, which can realize multi-angle and multi-directional drilling.
* The drilling rig is equipped with a drill pipe unscrewing mechanism, which reduces the labor intensity by mechanized unscrewing and unscrewing of the drill pipe.
* The drilling rig power head adopts hydraulic impact power head, which can be interchanged with ordinary power heads; the scope of application has been expanded.
* Applicable to a variety of drilling techniques, which can effectively solve the difficult problem of hole formation when drilling in loosely covered strata, pebble and gravel layers, broken strata, and silt and sand layers.
