PDC core bits provide a very long working life, very fast penetration rates and high percent core recoveries for soft to hard rock formations.

PDC core drill bits are ideal for use with high-powered drill rigs that operate at relatively low rpm. PDC bit's life and penetration are much better compared to surface setting bits.

There are two main types of PDC cutters to choose from; traditional flat design or domed.

Applications
PDC core bit adopts the groove surface discharge hole type, which has a large flow rate, and can minimize the occurrence of blockage of the discharge hole. It is suitable for drilling in fractured formations with more flushing fluid and cuttings. It is widely used in geological drilling, coal mining, water conservancy, hydropower engineering, and the construction of roads, railways, and bridges.
