Reverse Circulation Drilling Equipment

ZJRC-300 type reverse circulation drilling rig machine is crawler chassis loading, fully hydraulic drive, and power head drilling machine. It is a new type of multi-purpose, high-efficiency, environmentally friendly, multi-crawler reverse circulation drilling equipment. It is the preferred drilling equipment for deep holes such as geological exploration drilling, drilling, monitoring wells, ground source heat pump air conditioners, etc.

The reverse circulation drill rig can be used for reverse circulation drilling of ground holes with various compressed air. The hoisting system, steering compensation, drill pipe loading and unloading, rotary feed, outriggers, winches, walking, and other systems are all implemented with hydraulic systems, which greatly reduces labor intensity and improves construction efficiency and quality.

Main Characteristics
* The diesel engine is installed with hydraulic system, all systems including walking, rotating, feeding, lifting, leg, lifting, compensation system, and changing rods are hydraulic.
* Reverse circulation system works with DTH technology, air compressor provides compressed air for impact and dust removal.
* When working, use a reverse circulation hammer, double pipes, compressed air enters between the two pipes, and dust is discharged from the inner pipe.
* Can also be used for positive cycles using common drilling tools.
* The working system consists of feeding system, guide rail (mast), rotary head, compensation system, centralizer, rod changing system, winding and so on.
* Axial pressure, feed speed and rotational speed are adjustable.
* The walking system is a self-propelled system, which is easy to move and can be installed with four hydraulic outriggers. It can be loaded directly without climbing.
* Four hydraulic legs are used to keep the balance of drilling during work.

Applications

The ZJRC series reverse circulation drilling rigs are widely used in open-pit mine, hydropower projects, transportation projects, defense projects, and harbor and channel construction; Our RC drilling machines also are specialized in drilling the boreholes of large diameter and depth, for instance, water well drilling and geothermal well drilling.
