The transmission mechanism is used to transmit the power from the power machine of the drilling rig to the working mechanisms of the drilling rig. The transmission mode of drilling rig power is organic transmission, semi-hydraulic transmission and full hydraulic transmission.
The control device is used to distribute power, adjust the movement speed of each working mechanism of the drilling rig, and change the movement direction and form of the working mechanism. The operating mechanism of the mechanical transmission drilling rig is generally set together with the related components, while the operating mechanism of the hydraulic driving drilling rig is mostly set together to form an independent component, which is called the console.
Core drilling rigs are mainly used for the census and exploration of metal and non-metallic solid minerals. In addition, they can also be used for engineering geological exploration, hydrogeological survey, general survey and exploration of oil and gas fields, and water well drilling.
